    兒子阿，你何時才能讓媽好好睡一晚？

    文豪快滿一歲了，原本以為...他會越來越好睡
    但最近有可能是又長牙吧...很不好睡，其實之前也沒多好睡過
    整晚不停的翻、滾、哭、找奶嘴，就在這樣的循環中，週而復始
    常常半夜我需要起來四、五次，半夜不斷的起來，我的脾氣就會很壞...然後就會失眠、失眠、失眠
    有時爸爸聽到我生氣了，才會醒來拯救兒子...唉唉唉。我想我應該去看睡眠科....？？
    週一～週五已經沒有一個晚上好睡了，週末更是24小時跟兒子「母嬰同室」...
    真的很想問上帝，我媽說我小時候很難帶、所以我兒子也回報給我喔？
    我媽說我兩歲前是一直生病、拉肚子，所以沒有一個保姆敢帶我，我媽只好辭掉工作自己帶。
    現在至少，我兒子身体很健康、只是睡性很差.....這樣想想，我就好過一點了......
    但是.........我還是希望可以好好睡覺阿、有完整的睡眠對「健康」來說真的很重要、很重要、很重要....@@

    日子久了會自然習慣這種睡眠法,但白天的睡眠的確要好好調整,
    午覺可不能睡太久,也別睡晚於下午3:00,否則晚上真的會很難睡!
